![]() ![]() ![]() It also has a few essential oils, which I've learned are great in terms of smell but not the best for your skin. Basically, this oil is comprised of several different "carrier" oils (grapeseed, apricot, and coconut oil being the main ones). ✮ Alas, I stopped seeing it in stores about a year ago now meaning I've had to make due with stuff likely nearing it's expectation date. Loreal was really oily but not hydrating (it never wanted to sink in) and the other smelled like urine (probably a result of the urea in it). ✮ I tried two others (Loreal and some brand called SES) after stores stopped selling it. Never experienced a breakout as a result of use. ✮ I had 30 year old skin when I began using it (now 32). This keeps that at bay for a full workday. ✮ Before, it only took an hour for foundation to become splotchy and concealer to look really dry and crepey under my eyes (no matter how many supposedly moisturizing makeup products I used). For perennially dry skin like mine, it was a godsend. ✮ This was the first facial oil I had ever tried or even heard of. ✮ The good news: it's really easy to recreate this oil. ✮ Like all other beauty products I've fallen in love with, this too has been discontinued.
